Giving of Yourself

“Giving.”  The word can conjure up images of greedy TV preachers or churches that are always “passing the plate.”  At Manna, we understand that God is not short of cash.  Giving is a gift, to the giver!  We believe that giving goes far beyond just money or material things.  In 2 Corinthians 8, the Bible commends those who “give of themselves.”  We wholeheartedly believe that the greatest gift you can give is your heart, your hands and feet, and your time.  There are many ways to “give” at Manna that extend far beyond the monetary.  Consider how you might give in that way.  The needs are great, and your “gift” will be greatly appreciated, by our Heavenly Father and us.

If you would would like to offer yourself in service to God here at Manna, please contact Pastor Dave. If you have a vision for how God has called you to serve, Pastor Dave will help facilitate God’s call upon your life. If not, Manna has access to professional assessments that will make clear the way God has designed and gifted you to serve Him, and other people.
